These training sessions can be purchased individually, or in packages to ensure that you’re able to maximize your workouts and consistently reach your goals. All training sessions include a FREE Workout Program tailored for your needs by your trainer.

If you feel confident pushing yourself and managing your workouts on your own but you are lacking a structure to your plan, Jake will create a totally custom 4-Week Program for you to follow. This can be a stand alone offer, or it’s included with your training session packages.

Virtual Training
Need accountability or a well-thought out training plan? If you’re not local to the Twin Cities area or meeting in person isn’t attainable. This is a great option for people that are looking to for added support and accountability. FREE 4-Week Custom Program as well as 4 weekly accountability check-ins, the ability to share training videos, get feedback, and access to your trainer Jake for more in-depth coaching support.
